FAQ

Please come dressed in clothes that you don’t mind getting wet or dirty.
If you are concerned about sunburn or insect bites, we recommend wearing clothing that minimizes skin exposure.

Upper Body:
The ideal outfit is a quick-drying undershirt layered with a short-sleeved shirt or a short-sleeved shirt with a rash guard on top.
During winter or the rainy season, it can get surprisingly cold, so wearing nylon-based warm clothing, rainwear, or a windbreaker is recommended.

Lower Body:
Wearing a swimsuit-style pair of half pants over leggings or tights is the best option.
Thick materials like jeans, chinos, or sweatpants are not suitable.

Footwear:
We offer shoe rentals, so it’s best to come wearing sandals or other footwear that can be worn barefoot.
Please note that our rental shoes have split toes, similar to tabi shoes, so if you wear leggings, make sure they allow your toes to be exposed.

  • Tissues and Plastic Bags
For etiquette purposes. There are no trash bins available, so please prepare a plastic bag to use as a garbage bag.

  • Drinks

  • Sunscreen and Insect Repellent Spray

  • Change of Clothes and Towel (for those using ferries or rental cars)
Please use the restrooms at the port for changing clothes. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Raincoat (or Warm Clothing)
Umbrellas cannot be used during the tour. In winter, it can get cold, so we recommend bringing warm clothing.
